I prefer to use local ingredients and I make all of the fillings from scratch. This means there are no additives or preservatives. As I like to use seasonal ingredients, the menu does change every few months. I like to play around with different flavour combinations. I have always loved to cook and create dishes and I think this is reflected in the wide variety of flavours available to order. Hopefully there is something there you will love just as much as I do!
